Modeling & Testing of New Energy/Storage Power Stations

Build a new type of power system with new energy as the main body, it is the core path of the global energy transition. Renewable energy sources such as wind power and solar power have significant characteristics of intermittency and volatility. Its integration through power electronic devices will also lead to problems such as a decrease in system inertia and a reduction in the voltage and frequency support capabilities. This poses a serious challenge to the safe and stable operation of the power grid. The rapid development of energy storage technology, it provides a key technical path for stabilizing power fluctuations in the power grid and enhancing its flexible regulation capabilities.
However, the grid connection standards for energy storage stations emphasize their ability to actively support the power grid. Propose technical indicators such as rapid frequency response and dynamic voltage regulation. Some scenarios require that the station have the capability of forming a network. In this context, the precise modeling and comprehensive testing of new energy and energy storage stations are necessary. It becomes an essential foundation for ensuring the safe and efficient grid connection and supporting the stable operation of the new power system. Therefore, a special discussion session was set up.

构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统,是全球能源转型的核心路径。风电、光伏等新能源发电具有显著的间歇性与波动性,其通过电力电子装置并网还会带来系统惯量降低、电压与频率支撑能力减弱等问题,给电网安全稳定运行带来严峻挑战。储能技术的快速发展,为电网平抑功率波动、提升灵活调节能力提供了关键技术路径。
然而储能场站的并网标准强调主动支撑电网,提出快速频率响应、动态电压调节等技术指标,部分场景要求场站具备构网型运行能力。在此背景下,新能源与储能电站的精确建模和全面测试,成为保障其安全高效并网、支撑新型电力系统稳定运行的重要基础。为此设置专题研讨。

教授,国务院特殊津贴专家,“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选,五一劳动奖章获得者。曾任电力行业电能质量及柔性输电标准化技术委员会秘书长。主要研究方向为电力系统分析与综合控制、电力智能装备与新能源综合利用、电能质量综合治理。发表中英文论文30余篇,2014-2018年新申请实用新型和发明专利10余项,其中发明专利4项。
Professor, a recipient of the State Council Special Allowance, a national-level selection for the "New Century Hundred and Ten Thousand Talent Program", and a recipient of the May Day Labor Medal. He served as the secretary-general of the Standardization Technical Committee for Power Quality and Flexible Transmission in the power industry. The main research directions include power system analysis and comprehensive control, intelligent power equipment and comprehensive utilization of new energy, as well as comprehensive management of power quality. Published over 30 papers in both Chinese and English. From 2014 to 2018, 10 or more new utility model and invention patents were applied for, among which 4 were invention patents.

工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师。主要研究方向为新型电力系统分析与优化调度、虚拟电厂运营优化、电力设备状态监测与故障诊断等。IEC注册专家,IEEE PES输配电技术委员会FACTS分委会会员。近年来主持科研项目10余项,出版的主要教材与专著2部,曾获电工技术学会科技进步二等奖、自动化学会科技进步二等奖、中国科技产业化促进会科技创新一等奖。
Doctor of Engineering, Associate Professor, Master's Supervisor.The main research directions include analysis and optimization scheduling of new power systems, operation optimization of virtual power plants, and condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of power equipment. IEC registration expert, member of the FACTS subcommittee of the IEEE PES Transmission and Distribution Technology Committee. In recent years, has led over ten research projects , and have published two main textbooks and monographs. Has received the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the Institute of Electrical Engineering, the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the Automation Society, and the First Prize for Technological Innovation from the China Association for the Promotion of Industrialization of Science.
